Which events are my competitors hosting or speaking at?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. I work on sales engagement — Smartlead, Apollo, Instantly and Unify are my competitors. Check both sides: search the host companies for that market (cold email, outbound, sales engagement, sequencing, lead generation), and search the speakers for anyone working at those companies. Tell me which events they host or speak at, what each event is, when, and where.Which event host should I contact to sponsor or speak at their event?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. I sell a sales engagement product to founders and sales leaders. Find the events whose audience matches mine, then rank the hosts worth contacting about sponsoring or speaking at their event. For each, give the host and what it does, the event, the date, the expected size, and one line on why it fits. Put the ones still open first.Which of my CRM accounts are hosting?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. Here is my pipeline, one row per account: [paste company name, website, deal stage, amount, owner, last activity date]. Look each one up in the host companies, then confirm the match against the website on the record rather than the name — several hosts share a name with a company they are not. Each record carries a confidence level for its site: high means the host published the URL, medium means it was verified against the page, low or none means it was guessed. Treat low and none as unconfirmed and say so instead of asserting a match. Then split the result three ways: open deals far enough along that I should close them face to face, accounts that have gone quiet and need nurturing, and hosts absent from my CRM that fit my ICP — [describe who you sell to]. For each, give me the account, its stage and amount, the event they host, the date, time and venue, whether registration is still open or needs an application, and one line on what to do there. Rank by deal value. Finish with the accounts from my list that host nothing, so I stop looking for them.Which events are run by my ICP?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. My ICP is B2B companies running outbound at scale — agencies, recruiters and SMB sales teams. Go through the host companies and pick the ones that match that profile. For each, say what the company does, the event it runs, when, how many people are expected, and whether registration is still open.Where should I buy billboards to reach the most people?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. I want to buy outdoor advertising during the week and I need to know where the crowd actually is. Rank the neighbourhoods by how many attendees they hold across 5–11 October, then break it down by day — a billboard is booked for the week, but the crowd moves. Every event carries a size band, so use that as the base; capacity is an exact number on only one event in five and it is not returned by the search — so rank on the size bands, then pull the full record for the dozen biggest events to refine, and say which of the two you leaned on. For the top neighbourhoods, give me the largest events driving the number, their venues, and the times of day when the footfall peaks.Where should I buy billboards for my ICP during the week?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. I sell to [describe your ICP — job titles, seniority, company stage, and the topics they care about]. I want to buy outdoor advertising during the week, and I need the neighbourhoods where MY buyers are, not where the biggest crowd is. Work from the job titles and topics attached to each event: keep the events whose audience matches my ICP, rank the neighbourhoods by how much of that audience they hold across 5–11 October, then break it down by day — a billboard is booked for the week, but the crowd moves. Three limits to respect, and to state in your answer. The audience fields are inferred from the event description by rule, not declared by the organisers, and they are missing on about one event in five. Seniority is missing on three events in four and startup stage on nearly nine in ten, so never filter on them — use them only to break a tie. Rank on the size bands, which almost every event carries, rather than on capacity, which is an exact number on only a quarter of them. For each of the top three neighbourhoods give me: how many matching events and their combined size, which days are strongest, the largest single events with venue and time, and one line on where the footfall actually is. Finish by naming the neighbourhoods that hold a big crowd but NOT my ICP, so I do not pay to reach the wrong people.I’m trying to raise, which events are hosted by investors?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. I am raising a [pre-seed / seed / Series A] round for a company that does [what you do]. Find the events hosted by investors themselves — VC firms, angel syndicates, accelerators — not the ones where investors merely sit in the audience. Search the host companies by what they actually do rather than by name: fewer than one host in ten carries “Ventures” or “Capital” in its name, and a fund whose name gives nothing away is exactly the one worth finding. Where a host record has no confirmed website, say the match is unconfirmed instead of asserting it. For each, give the firm and what it invests in, the event, the date and venue, whether it is a pitch event or a closed-door dinner, how many people are expected, and whether registration is still open. Rank by how close the fund is to my stage and sector.Which events would fit my schedule?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. Here is what my calendar already holds for 5–11 October, and I cannot move any of it: [paste your existing commitments with dates and times — or tell me to read them from your calendar if you have it connected]. Fill the free time around them with the events worth my week: I am a [your role] and I am there for [what you want out of the week]. Nothing may overlap an existing commitment or another of your picks — run the schedule check on your shortlist, and tell me explicitly when a conflict rests on an assumed end time rather than one the host published. Add the travel time between consecutive venues and drop anything I could not physically reach. Give me the result day by day, with times, venues, whether registration is still open, and what I would be giving up for each slot.Which events have free food and drinks?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. Show me the events that lay on free food or drinks, grouped by what they actually serve — food and drinks, food only, drinks only. For each, give the date, time, neighbourhood, host, and whether registration is still open. Ignore the ones where the host never said, rather than guessing.Where are the big labs hosting or speaking?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. Check both sides for the frontier AI labs — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, Meta, Mistral, xAI. Match on the whole company name, not on a fragment: “Metaview” is not Meta. Name the labs that are actually there and say plainly which ones are absent rather than stretching a match. search the host companies for events they run themselves, and search the speakers for anyone working there. For each hit, give the company, the person and their role when it is a talk, the event, the date and time, and where it is — and say when the address is still hidden pending approval rather than leaving it blank.Which events aren't sold out yet?
Use the SF Tech Week Events connector. Show me the events I can still get into: registration still open, closed ones dropped. Spots left are not in the search results: shortlist first, then open the full record on that shortlist — roughly one event in five carries a real number rather than “uncapped” — and put the ones with the fewest remaining first. Flag which ones need an application rather than a direct RSVP, since those take time to clear. Do not read “uncapped” as room to spare — it only means the host never set a limit.| Event | Host | Date | Time | Topics | Format | Density | Audience | Size | Where | Food | Entry | Seats left | Spk |
